Grants and Financing
Allstate Commercial Driver Training School
WIOA Grant
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is available through the American Job Center locations throughout Connecticut. Generally speaking, you may be eligible for a WIOA training grant if you are currently or recently unemployed, or if you or anyone in your family or household is eligible for any kind of State assistance such as State Medical (Husky Medical), food stamps and/or disability benefits. Visit your local American Job Center to start the process. WIOA grants will cover most or all of your tuition depending the course you choose and the region you live in. This is the most common funding source for our programs.

Military Grants/GI Bill®
Allstate Commercial Driver Training School is a VA-approved institution and Veterans regularly use their Post 9/11 GI Bill® and Vocational Rehabilitation benefits to pay for their training. Thank you for your service.

Grants for Connecticut Homeowners
If you are behind on your mortgage payments, you could be eligible for a quick approval training grant that would cover the full cost of tuition.
