CDL A Training Program | Class A CDL Training in CT

CT Truck Driving Opportunities exist today for you and your Commercial Drivers Class A license! Become an integral part of the supply chain that keeps America running.  Your CDL Class A lets you drive the tractor trailer rigs that deliver a large percentage of the goods distributed in Connecticut and nationwide.   At Allstate, CDL Class A Training is available 7 days a week. We offer 1 on 1 CDL training in CT, where you get the individual attention to make sure you succeed.  You train on the same truck, at the same site where the DMV inspector will test you.

The CDL Class A license allows the driver to operate any combination of vehicles with a (gross combined weight rating) GCWR of 26,001 lbs or more.* Holders of a class A license may, with any appropriate endorsements and/or permits operate all vehicles within classes B. CDL Class A Training is available 7 days a week on the same truck and site that the DMV inspector will be testing. An 8-10 speed (split shift) 40 foot tractor trailer will be used to prepare you for entry level, local, regional and over road CDL A and CDL B positions.

 * provided the (gross vehicle weight rating) GVWR of the vehicle(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 lbs.

Length of Training          Topics Covered
Because CT CDL training is 1-on-1, each students schedule and availability will effect the duration of the training. The full class CDL A training can be completed in as little as 6 weeks. Participants will have the option to take a Free Evaluation if there is some relevant driving experience that will open the option for a shorter "refresher" program.
